Summertime, and the meal preparation is easy.

Don’t you love throwing some steaks or burgers on the grill for an easy summer night? We enjoyed thawing out a package of steaks and having friends over for a tasty meal several times this summer. And grilled burgers are also always easy and delicious!

I find the Svec Farm beef flavorful enough that I almost never bother with marinades, spices, or sauces. You can taste the grass and sunshine in these steaks! And while some recipes make it sound like you need a master’s degree in food science to properly prepare grassfed beef, I haven’t found Svec beef needs any special techniques to prepare meat that tastes great. I just grill as usual. (Or, if he’s home, have my husband grill as usual. You know men like to cook outdoors with fire, given the chance.)
