We make it easy to fill your freezer with a whole beef or a share of a beef. We handle everything — you don’t have to call a butcher or pay mysterious charges for hanging weight and processing.
You will pay in two installments. The first is a flat fee, due when you place your order, to save your spot. This fee depends on the size of the share ordered.
The second installment is due upon receipt of your meat and is charged per pound based on the cut and wrapped meat you actually receive (not the hanging weight). This fee varies by the size and cut list you choose.
Simply choose the cut list you prefer below, then choose the size of share you’d like. Fill out the form that follows and we will send you an invoice to pay the first installment. The invoice can be paid with a card or by mailing a check.
When your beef has been processed, we will be in touch to let you know the weight and the remaining cost of your beef, and to arrange for pickup. You can pick up your share at our farm near Estelline, SD, in Brookings, SD, or in Sioux Falls, SD. You can pay your second installment with cash, check, or card.
