Buy A Share

We make it easy to fill your freezer with a whole beef or a share of a beef. We handle everything — you don’t have to call a butcher or pay mysterious charges for hanging weight and processing.

Simply choose your cut list below, then choose the size of share you’d like and pay a deposit to lock in your order. You will be billed by the pound of cut and wrapped meat you actually receive when it’s ready, and the balance is due when you receive your meat. The processing fees are included in your price.

When your beef has been processed, you can pick up your share at our farm near Estelline, SD, in Brookings, SD, or in Sioux Falls, SD. It’s that simple!
