Step 1

Choose your cut list

First, decide how you want your beef cut.

You can save everything, from the tongue to the tail, with Full Variety. Get classic cuts with Family Favorites. Or keep it simple with steaks, burgers, and chuck roasts with Exclusive Cuts.

Review the three cut list options below and pick the one with the cuts you want. Custom cut lists are available on half and whole beef if you’d like to pick your own cuts.

Each cut list has its own pricing due to variations in how much weight you receive in bones and how much grinding you pay for.

Step 2

Choose your share size

Then decide what size beef share to order.

You can choose to purchase a Whole Beef, a Half Beef, a Quarter Share, or an Eighth Share. We offer savings on larger shares, so fill up your freezer!

Larger shares will of course give you more beef. Which cut list you choose will also affect how much meat you receive. Keep in mind there is also variation between individual animals that are sent to the butcher.

Check out the different cut lists to get an idea of how much meat you would receive with each order size.

Step 3

Reserve your share

Next, reserve your beef share.

Select the cut list, share size you want. Fill out the order form and select your preferred processing date. Then we’ll send you an invoice for the first installment payment.

This payment is a flat fee based on the size of share you choose. It the first of two payments, not a deposit. Once it is paid, you are officially on our list.

You can pay the invoice for your first installment payment with a card or by mailing a check.

Whole beef: $800 flat fee
Half beef: $400 flat fee
Quarter beef: $200 flat fee
Eighth beef: $100 flat fee

Step 4

Pick up your share

Get ready to pick up your beef!

About a month after the locker date, your beef will be ready. We will send you an invoice for the final installment payment and arrange to meet you at one of our Pickup Locations.

The final installment payment is a per-pound fee based on the cut and wrapped frozen meat you actually receive. We do not charge by the hanging weight.

The two payments together are the total price of the beef share: the cost of the animal, the processing at the butcher, and delivery to your pickup point of choice.

We accept cash, check, or card for your final payment.
